Gold level program
The Gold Level Program celebrates the success of high-achieving students by offering a number of special activities, events and excursions throughout the year.
The annual ski trip is open to expressions of interest for students in Years 10 to 12 in the year of travel. Held during the June-July holiday period, this activity allows students the opportunity to enjoy the slopes as they ski or snowboard in Perisher Valley.
Narangba Valley State High School offers a range of international travel experiences for students. These include an annual trip to the USA with the G'day USA Program, and a biennial Japan trip.
The Japan trip allows students to practice their Japanese language skills as they engage in a program of activities in the country.
The Studies of Society and Environment (SOSE) Department also do an annual trip to Cambodia in order to work with local disadvantaged communities, with a vision to improve the lifestyles of those less fortunate.
