Privacy and Media Consent

In this day and age of online publications, privacy and media consent has never been more important. When you enrol at our school, we ask you to complete the consent forms. Our school uses online newsletters, printed publications, Instagram and Facebook to promote our student successes and our school activities.

This consent remains for the duration of a student's enrolment, and should parents or carers wish to change their permissions (which needs to be done in writing) they are able to by contacting the office.

In most cases, students are not identified by name and usually just their photograph. Sometimes external agencies, e.g. QCAA may take photos but there will always be separate permission forms for this.

Parents and Carers are also asked to provide 'third party consent' to websites that the school uses for educational purposes. These websites are risk reviewed by the school.

Please refer to this page for the department publication on Social Media and the Community.
