SMA Primary Application

​​​​The process to apply for the year 5 and 6 program is:

• Complete the application form through this link:   SMA Prim​​ary Application

You will also need to:

• submit your student's report card from the end of 2024 to: Primary-SMA@narangbavalleyshs.eq.edu.au
• submit your student's year 3 NAPLAN results.
• submit to the same email address a completed primary SMA media consent form (PDF, 207KB).​
  
• pay to the NVSHS cashier $101 for the SMA application test. This test is provided and marked by an external provided, hence the fee. Please see Useful Information section for payment process details.  ​
  

Applications close Wednesday 16^th July, including payments.

• About week 2 of term 3, we will contact you requesting a copy of the semester 1, 2025 report card for your student.
• For current year 5 students, if your 2025 NAPLAN results are published during term 3, please email them to: Primary-SMA@narangbavalleyshs.eq.edu.au
