Concert Band is considered our junior band, as students perform accessible and developmentally appropriate repertoire designed to strengthen ensemble skills, tone production and music reading. While classified as a junior ensemble, senior students are often involved to support leadership and musicianship within the group.
The ensemble includes brass, woodwind and percussion instruments, and all members must be enrolled in the school's Instrumental Music program.
Through regular rehearsals and performances, students build confidence, refine technical skills and develop a strong understanding of balance, blend and ensemble collaboration.
